Production Technician
Company: ServPro of Lincoln & Warren Counties
Location: 65 Progress Ct Moscow Mills, MO 63362
Status: Full Time
We are a local independently owned Fire and Water Restoration and Cleanup company, and are currently looking for a production technician that can develop into a production crew chief. This position requires someone with a great attitude and loads of energy and integrity! No experience required. We are looking for a full time, long term employee. Job includes general cleaning and specialized clean up. Technicians must maintain daily communication with managers and other team members, ensure vehicle and equipment is serviced and clean, and support team members. Hours vary; typically they are normal business hours but technicians are required to be on call on a rotating schedule and available to respond to an emergency clean-up. Starting pay is $10.50, with the opportunity for advancement as skills increase. We are looking for the right candidates, who are motivated, honest and hardworking. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: • Responding quickly to emergencies such as water, fire, and smoke damage. • Perform mold mitigation services. • Perform carpet cleaning jobs. • Identifying scope of work, measuring and sketching out all affected areas and employing industry standard restoration techniques. • Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment. • Performing demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc. • Taking accurate moisture readings and properly setting up commercial drying equipment to minimize drying time. • Cleaning and maintaining equipment as needed. • The crew chief would be responsible for meeting with the customer, filling out the paperwork, and explaining the process. Then working with and directing the crew to complete the services. The crew chief would also communicate with the insurance adjuster, and complete all documentation that our office staff will need to properly invoice the job once complete. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be physically able to lift objects weighing 25-50 lbs. • Must be available to respond after-hours and on weekends on a rotating schedule. • IICRC Certifications are a plus. • No Felony Convictions; background check and pre-employment drug screen will be performed. • Great communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. • Basic computer skills are required. Maintaining daily accurate job site notes and paperwork required. • Great attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent customer service ability. • Must be able to work in all types of conditions (hot, cold, wet, dusty, etc). • Able to work and lead efficiently and effectively in a team environment. • Self motivated and clean-cut. • Must be willing to work out of town on some occasions. We will have opportunities to travel and work when natural disasters such as hurricanes occur. This would involve being away for up to 3 weeks.

Human Resource Generalist/Executive Assistant

The main office in St. Peters is centrally located for counties served: St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Franklin and St. Louis. Delta Center has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist/Executive Assistant. This is a full-time position responsible for all human resources activities and providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors. HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST duties include, but are not limited to: • Maintain knowledge of current legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance • Ensure that staffing, employment/labor relations, compensation, training, and employment programs are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedure and propose program improvements • Develop and implement staff recruitment plan for effective and timely recruitment of qualified staff and practicum students • Conduct required background checks and arrange testing for prospective new hires • Conduct orientation for all new hires ensuring that necessary paperwork is completed and employee files are set up • Maintain personnel files and payroll/timekeeping systems, process and track personnel changes • Respond to unemployment claims and participate in appeals process, as needed • Revise/develop employment policies as needed, update employee handbook and manual as necessary. Work with Executive Director, HR Committee and Board of Directors for approval. • Assess and revise as necessary policies, programs and procedures and respond to employee inquiries regarding same • Administer and maintain records of benefit programs including 401k retirement plan, Aflac, vacation, sick leave and leaves of absence • Develop, maintain and update organizational chart, personnel roster, holiday and payroll schedules EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT duties include, but are not limited to: • Independently initiate and complete projects, develop forms and compose correspondence and reports • Organize meetings for all board committees, attend and take minutes as needed • Set up for, attend and take minutes for all board meetings • Track board participation and create reports for member renewal and year-end recognition • Update board roster and contact information as needed • Update, create and distribute prospective board member packets and board member notebooks as needed • Oversee and coordinate with contractor, the completion of annual consumer satisfaction surveys • Serve as back-up for answering multi-line phones in clear speaking voice and direct calls to appropriate personnel • Serve as back-up for weekly payroll processing Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria: • 60 hours college credit from accredited college/university • 3-5 years relevant experience in Human Resources and administrative support • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications • Ability to manage interruptions and multiple priorities • Ability to type minimum of 35 wpm • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone and in person • “Self-starter” with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently All interested parties should e-mail resume to info@dcil.org. Senior Payroll Specialist/Accounting Clerk

Delta Center has an opening for a part-time Senior Payroll Specialist/Accounting Clerk located in St. Peters, MO. Duties include but are not limited to: • Process and transmit weekly payroll • Process federal, state and city quarterly tax returns and payments for multiple employers and annual W-2’s for all employees • Enter edit slips into time-keeping system and ensure employees are paid according to authorized hours • Troubleshoot all payroll problems and inquiries in a timely manner • Reconcile bi-weekly remittance advice from Medicaid and re-submit any rejected Medicaid claims from original billing • Track information as needed to complete reports and comply with program guidelines • Track and process accounts payable/receivable Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria: • High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of two college level accounting classes; Certificate of Specialization in Accounting preferred • Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations and procedures • Knowledge of basic accounting practices and procedures • Understanding of General Accounting including payroll journals • 2-4 years paid relevant work experience • Knowledge of applicable state and federal payroll and related tax regulations including garnishments, child support, etc. • Experience with a non-profit organization and persons with disabilities a plus • Familiarity with Microsoft applications • Ability to manage interruptions and multiple priorities • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone and in person All interested parties should e-mail resume to info@dcil.org.
