KB Toy Outlet in the Preferred Outlets at Warrenton has an immediate full-time opening available for an ambitious ASM who can help lead our team to the next level. Managing the day-to-day sales, merchandising, and operations functions in this individual store location.
Candidate qualifications include:
*A passion for providing exceptional customer.
*A motivation to learn and succeed.
*The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
*Must be an expert at self and time management.
*The ability to lift 20lbs from floor to shoulder.
*H.S. dipoma or equivalent.
*The ability to be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
*Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
*Most importantly, the ideal candiate should have a positive, enthusiatic attitude that is contagious to the entire team.
Store/department management experience preferred, but not necessary with minimum 12 full months retail experience.
