Staffing consultant positions available in both Union and Warrenton,MO. Our Staffing Consultant plays a vital role as the link between applicants and client companies. In this position, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and placing applicants in positions offered by our client companies. You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing the relationship with your clients. The successful candidate will be able to grow into Office/Branch Management within 18-24 months. 2-4 Year Degree preferred or related work experience.
Essential Functions:
-Conduct job interviews, administer and score tests, evaluate applicant skills, abilities, and availability.
-Inside Sales functions, including proactive placement of unique candidates, and increasing sales by making telephone sales calls to clients.
- Receive and process job orders from clients.
- Determine applicant compatibility and availability and assign to client company for job placement.
- Administer procedures and systems in recruiting, hiring, and assigning applicants.
- Develop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow.
- Receive and process inquiry calls from applicants and client companies.
