Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a full-time AT/Accessibility Specialist.  Typical work week is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.  Responsibilities include networking with community resources, advocacy support and obtaining assistive technology.

Qualified individual must have:

·        60 college credit hours with 2 years full-time relevant paid job experience ($13.20hr) OR Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of full-time relevant paid job experience ($13.70/hr)

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Word and ability to type 35 wpm

·        Ability to manage interruptions and multiple priorities

·        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone and in person

·        Transportation to pick up assistive technology and travel to consumer’s homes

·        Ability to enter non-handicap accessible homes

·        Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
