The undersigned hereby makes application for
membership in and agrees to pay upon acceptance to the Warrenton
Area Chamber of Commerce annual dues as follows:
| Level A - 9 employees or less |

| Level B - 10 employees or more |
$225.00 |
| Level C - Individuals (not representing a business) |
$75.00 |
| Level D - Retired Citizens |
$75.00 |
| Level E - Non-Profit/Non-Business/Elected Officials |

If applicant is applying with multiple businesses
... it will be at Level B. These dues are for the first representative
(voting member of chamber) of your company. Additional representatives
dues are $150.00 each regardless of your first representative's
dues level.
